Cancellation Requests

To limit the demand on our support team, we have decided that we will only accept Cancellation Requests if your service is due to expire within the next 21 days
You may still request that we close your account immediately however this must be sent to our Account Closures department, this will cancel your account and subscription with immediate effect from when our team reviews it. We will get back to you within a week of your request being made. 

We will only allow you to submit a cancellation request if your service is due to expire within the next 21 days.
