To cancel your subscription please login to your account:
Once logged into your account click on services,
Now select the subscription you wish to cancel then click request cancellation from the tab on the left hand side of the page,
When cancelling your chosen service please note that selecting Immediate means your service will be cancelled within 24 Hours, if you want to cancel your service at the end of your billing term so you don’t have to renew please ensure you select “End of Billing” from the drop-down menu selection.
