Firstly we want to take the time to apologize for the recent down time. The reason for this is due to our former admin that has been e-mailing you from a different service trying to claim that they are the new SportsDonkey. We have been under attack by them for the last few days. We have been made aware of a previous admin of our site sending out mass e-mails claiming to be us. We wanted to let you know that if you are getting any e-mails from venex this has nothing to do with SportsDonkey or it's services. This previous admin has been known to promise services and never deliver and also just take your money and run.
You can be confident in knowing that SportsDonkey is going strong and only improving and we are here to stay.
We have taken these last few days to put protections in place to avoid services outages in the future.
Please take the time to update any of your apps that require a service URL or DNS to the following https://universalsportstv.xyz.
For any time missed we will be adding 1 week to all active memberships for the recent down time.
Also in the next few days we will be releasing a brand new updated app for Android/Firestick devices. More details coming soon.
Once again we sincerely apologize and rest assured we are not going anywhere. SportsDonkey is here to stay and we thank you for your understanding and support.
