if you are experiencing connection issues
a. try connecting the firestick or device to your mobile data. if it connects your isp is blocking connections to the streams.
b. install a vpn on the firestick or device (tvs require this mostly at router level). (nord vpn seems to be working well across all devices)
c. report back to let us know the 4g connection connected.
we have advised a vpn is required for about 2 months now, its the same with most providers of uk content. this is out with our control and pointless trying to beat it, the easiest way is you install a vpn like recommended. the block is not on all the time only when epl is live.
